The Biggest Chair and Grandpa's Birthday

Did our Mommy shrink us with her magic wand?

No. we were not shrunken. We were at the Singapore Expo's Furniture Fair and there was a gigantic chair at the entrance, so we decided to climb on it.

It was quite fun, we really do look like little people sitting on some giant's favourite chair!

Don't I look like a rag-doll left on the chair?

Then over the weekend, we celebrated our Grandpa's birthday. He was so happy. Look at him grinning from ear to ear.

We bought him a D24 durian cake, it was so yummy! But Mommy hates durian, so she didn't want any.

That was how we spent our weekend. Simple and fun! How did you spend yours?

The Start of our Super Long Weekend

Yesterday was Hari Raya Puasa and also the start of our super long weekend with two public holidays and two weekends, we are going to have four straight days of fun!

We went over to our grandaunt's place for lunch as well as the celebrate her birthday. Her birthday is a day after Singapore's, 10 Aug!

Together with us were our two distance little cousins, children of my Mommy's cousin. We had such great time playing together. I am the eldest at 5.5yo, followed by Edison at 4, then Leonitus at 3.5yo and little Karen is barely 2yo.

Then the birthday girl brought out the cake and everyone were immediately excited. I mean, who doesn't love birthday and cake? Especially when it's a Swenson Chocolate Ice-cream cake!

We, kids, were taking the centre stage, as if it was our birthdays.

We sure know how to spice things up at birthday with our songs and cheers!

Being with the people we love, this is exactly how super long weekend should be. Don't you think so.

May Day 2013

Today is May Day or as known as Labour Day, a public holiday. WOOHOO!! So Daddy decided we shall all go to East Coast Park to ride a bicycle. Yes, all four of us on ONE bicycle!

This special family bike holds 2 adults and 2 children. Leonitus sat right in front, followed by Daddy (who was taking pictures of us), then Mommy and I sat at the rear.

Leonitus was cheeky as ever. Look at his face!

I was quite afraid, sometimes I have to ask Daddy to slow down. These adults were simply reckless!

We stopped by Bedok Jetty to watch people fishing and the planes flew by.

While Mommy and I went to the toilet, Leonitus posed for pictures, and then quickly went back to looking for seeds under the trees.

After a hour riding, we were hungry, it was time to leave East Coast Park and to grab some dinner. We will come back next time. 

Happy Birthday, 婆婆!

婆婆's birthday is on the coming Wednesday, so we decided to throw a small party for her, at our home today. Mommy prepared a steamboat feast and invited my uncle Eric's family to join us in the celebration as well.

At 6pm, 婆婆 arrived. She smiled when she see the decoration we have done up in our dinning room. We even had a party hat for her.

After dinner, Mommy brought out the gluten-free brownie she baked for 婆婆 as her birthday cake.

婆婆 is so happy to be with her three little 宝贝!

Finally we can eat the brownie. Both Leonitus and I had two pieces because it's too yummy to stop at one. Our cousin, Caine, likes the brownie too!

Mommy prepared a present for me to give to 婆婆 .

Hope 婆婆 will like her present and stay healthy and happy always!

Our lovely weekend

Last Saturday, we went to pay our Godparents and their babies a visit before going over to MBS to pick Daddy (who was attending a seminar) up. Then after dinner at Lau Pa Sat, the time was still early, so we dropped in at Gardens by The Bay for a short while.

Look at the Super Trees! They are really huge and tall!

The lights make it look like a gigantic Christmas tree.

We want to come back here again in the day time to visit the Flower Doom and Cloud Garden some time soon.

On Sunday, I went for my art lesson and then we went to have dinner with our grandparents because it was Ah Gong's birthday.

As we are in-tolerance towards wheat flour and couldn't eat the birthday cake, Mommy had baked some blueberries muffins earlier that day and brought them along so we can have something to munch on while the other people enjoyed the cake.

That was our lovely weekend, one that was warm, cozy and relaxed, spent with our dearest family.

Celebrating 外婆's birthday

It would be my  外婆's birthday on Monday, we gave her a treat at Nan Xiang Steamed Bun Restaurant at Plaza Singapura yesterday evening.

外婆 was busy going through the menu, picking up dishes she likes.

Uncle Eric, Aunt Honey and Cousin Caine were also joining us in the celebration.

Leonitus wanted to feed himself.

Look at the table full of emptied dishes. We were so FULL!

As we were quite well-behaved throughout the dinner, we were given a chance to take a ride. The boys were riding inside and as for me...

I was right on top!
