Swim!

Our Leonitus is barely 3 and half years old and after ten swimming lessons, he is making good progress!

I will have to buck up, but I am still a little scared to swim.

No Appetite

Last week, Leonitus was sick for many days. His appetite became really bad; dinner often became 'war' time. Mommy and Daddy would coax him, cajole him, force him, threaten him, just to get him to open his mouth. Even after they succeeded in putting food into his mouth, Leonitus would not swallow his food.

This video showed how persistent Leonitus was. Finally Daddy had to whip out one of Leonitus' favourite food - coconut, so as to get him to swallow his mouthful of rice.

Remorseful?

Learning Chinese

I usually don't get much chance to learn to speak Mandarin because everyone at home communicates in English.

When Mommy see me reading a simple story in Mandarin, she was so proud of me as well as grateful to the teacher who teaches me Chinese in school.

Choa Chu Kang Park with Leonitus

Last weekend, Mommy brought me and Leonitus to Choa Chu Kang Park's playground after our dinner at the nearby eatery.

Leonitus, at 13th month old, can already walk very steadily and play independently at the park.

This was Leonitus's first time playing with the sand. He wasn't too fussy with his sandy hands and feet, like Mommy initially thought he would.

As for me, I was so enjoying myself building sandcastles and making new friends that for a moment I didn't remember I had a baby brother. Hahaha...

华文？谁怕谁!

You probably have watched those ang moh kids spoke Mandarin in the "Speak Mandarin Campaign" on the TV. As a Chinese, I must learn to speak my own language.

So here you are, a video of me counting in Mandarin.

Mommy thinks the ang mohs speak Mandarin that sound more like Mandarin than me. Hahaha...

Funny Faces & Lion Roars

Wasn't very focus in giving Mommy all the expressions because I was more interested with the male underwear's carton box that I was playing with. You can't blame me the model has hot bods!

My First Pair of High Heels

My Godma's mom went to Taiwan and bought me a pair of 2 inches tall high heels. And just like my Mommy, I simply loves SHOES!

Game of "Where is your..."

This video was shot quite a while back but Mommy was too lazy to upload it until now. I can point correctly to almost all my body parts but sometimes I just refuse to play their game, when I am not in the mood. Hehehe...

Kiddy Ride

I think it's a kid's thing to love ridding on one of those lovely kiddy rides.



There is something strange about kiddy ride, sometimes they move, sometimes they don't. Mommy says they don't move because they had broken down. And they break down because of people like me who shakes it violently when the ride stops. (watch video, if you wanna know what Mommy means.)

My Stage

When I am in the mood to perform, I climb on top of our coffee table and it becomes my stage!

The video had me turning in circle and doing a bit of dancing to the song of "Head & Shoulder" and some tapping with my happy feet. :)

Whistle

I can blow a whistle!!

And everybody is so thrilled to hear me go "whiii.. whiii.. whii.. whii.."

Walk My Walk

I am going to be 14 mth old in another week's time. More than half the babies my age would have started walking. Although I still can't walk with my feet, but I can "walk" with my knees!

In case, you are wondering just what I was chasing. I was going after Mommy's postal package. I am gonna rip it up once I get my hands on it!

Going crazy over home-made banana smoothie

Daddy made the most delicious home-made banana smoothies that I can't never get enough of. It was so good that I had to lick off every last drop. (Watch the video below)

Recipe for Banana Smoothies:

1 ripe banana

1 scoop of generic brand vanilla ice-cream. You can also make your own ice-cream

several cubes of ice

Directions:

Just dump everything into a blender and blend it thoroughly. Serve immediately.

YUMMY!! GOOD TO THE LAST DROP!
