Pesky Flu Bug (Part 2)

I am still having fever. And piglet probably caught the bug too. Cold towels for both of us.

I had been especially clingy to Mommy. I won't let her sleep and want her to carry me like a baby all the time. She is taking this as an opportunity to lose some weight. Hehehe...

Pesky Flu Bug

It wasn't too long ago that I had just recovered from bronchitis; now I am sick again. I came down with a fever last night after a few days of cough and runny nose.

Mommy brought me to see a doctor in the morning and I had to use the nebulizer in the clinic because my lungs were very congested. I cried initially but after Mommy sang my fav song 'A,B,Cs' to calm me down, I was brave enough to hold up the mask up on my own.

My doctor told Mommy that there is a nasty flu bug going around at this moment, it's making a lot of young children, like me, very sick.

I hope I can get well soon so that I can go back to school to play with my friends,

Daddy's Company Family Day

Last Saturday morning, we went to attend Daddy's company Family Day at Botanic Garden. On our way to the swan lake, we past by a tree with lots of squirrels. Then we spotted a lizard near the lake. Daddy also caught a green worm and I even touched it with my fingers!

It was a very sunny and hot day; we had our picnic sheet spread under a big, shady tree.

I made some friends. They are the children of Daddy's co-workers. I remember one of them was named Audrey and another was Cassandra.

We had our lunch there and before we leave to go home, there were goodies bags for all the children who came. I love goodies bags!


I was so tired after the event that I fallen asleep in the car while we were driving home. *yawn

Star Chart and Potty Training

Mommy made a star chart to help me to learn everyday tasks, like brushing my teeth, eating my meals, changing my clothes and the most dreaded of all - potty training.

It was a hot afternoon, Mommy let me go completely bare-bottomed. She took the potty out of the bathroom and reminded me many times to sit on the potty if I want to poo or pee. I will go sit on it for a while and then proudly declared, "Nothing!" And when I wanted to pee, I hid in my room and pee on the floor. Hahaha...

It drove Mommy mad to her grave and she decided to me back on my diaper.

This is the star chart I told you about. When I completed a row of 6 stars, I can exchange them for sweet or chocolates! So far, all categories are doing fine, except for the potty; that row is still empty!

Mommy decides to re-introduce potty to me at a later time because I kept telling her, "No pee in potty. NO!" Better luck next round, Mommy.

Fidget with Leonitus

It's been a while since I last came to Fidget to have fun. This time round, we brought along my baby brother, Leonitus.

I was really happy to crawl through tunnels and challenge those giant slides.

I am happiest when I have Mommy and Daddy playing along with me.

Leonitus finally woke up from his nap!

Leonitus is still a baby, so he can only play with those colorful balls.

I like playing with the balls too. Look, I was buried in the pool of balls!

Before we leave, I get to show off my driving in these kiddy cars. It was powered by my feet!

I had so much fun. I hope Leonitus can grow up quickly so that he can join me on those slides and tunnels soon.

I am Dr. Laetitia Ng

I have been MIA from this blog for a while because both Leonitus and I had been unwell for a while; we had bronchitis and had to visit our paediatrician for a couple of times.

Because of the frequent visits, I am getting fascinated with the work of a doctor. Who knows, I might be Dr. Laetitia Ng in the future.
