We Love Swimming!

The weather is hot, which makes it perfect to go swimming in the evening! This is Leonitus's first time swimming in a pool.

And he is so happy! He loves swimming as much as I do.

I am pretending to be a mermaid!

I brought some toys to play by the pool and I also met my friend, Abigail, there to play with me.

Both of us are tired, after a good swim. Warm milk and an early night would be good for us.

Can't wait to go swim with Leonitus again.

Father's Day 2010

I made a Father's Day card for Daddy, with the help of my teachers in school. Mommy was so envious because she didn't get any card made by me for her Mother's Day.

Mommy bought a cake for Daddy and I was to surprise him by carrying the cake to him in the studies but Daddy came into the kitchen just as we were preparing it.

Anyway, we still have fun taking pictures with the cake.

Leonitus looked at the cake curiously. He thought it was a ball, he wanted to kick it with his leg.

Happy Father's Day, Daddy! We love you always!!

Dog Lover

Just like Mommy and Daddy, I will grow up to be a dog lover too.

I was attempting to carry Elmo, my 小叔's toy poodle but it keep kissing my face!

Mommy says Leonitus and I are too young to have a dog now, but when we are older, we might be able to have a dog if we promise to take care of it. I can't wait to grow up and have my own puppy!

Updates on Leonitus

My baby brother, Leonitus, is 2 days short of 5 mths old and he has tipped the scale; weighing more than 9kg!

Our mini sumo likes his bath as much as I used to when I was a baby. Now Mommy has 2 water babies!

He has been quite an angelic baby who does not demand a lot of attention and is comfortable playing on his own for up to 30mins.

Sometimes, he might even fall asleep on his own while lying down on his play gym.

Everyone of us feel so blessed to have such a fuss-free and adorable baby. We love you, Leonitus!

My Ears Bling!

After Mommy's unsuccessful attempt to have my ears pierced, more than a year ago, she had not try until yesterday evening. She brought me to Bedazzled at Raffles City because the shop assistant had assured Mommy that they are very experienced with ear piercings for children.

After choosing my earrings, I was a bit nervous, so Daddy stood behind me and held on to me to provide some moral support.

The shop assistant was very patient and handled me quite well.

Within seconds, I had both my ears done. Although I was rather shocked after getting one side pierced, the shop assistant was able to get to the other ear smoothly.

As expected, I cried but stopped when they showed me the mirror and told me now I look like a princess with my new earrings.

I can't wait for my piercings to heal so I can ask Mommy to get me that pair of ladybugs earrings that I saw from the shop. But for now, I am happy to show off my blings blings to the world!

I love my baby brother

It's one of those lazy Saturday morning; when we actually have fun just cuddling up to each other on Mommy's bed.

It's so good to have a baby brother!

"Papa, Mama, Laetitia, Leonitus, we are a family!"

The Attack of The Red Eye Monsters

It started with Leonitus. In less than 48 hours, Conjunctivitis (AKA Red Eye) has infected our maid and myself.

Leonitus is just a little more unpredictable in his feed. As for me, I have really turned into a Red Eye Monster! My whining is killing everyone at home!

I am not going to school for the next few days. Mommy also says I cannot go and play with anybody until my eyes are alright. I am so going to miss all my friends.

Meanwhile, Mommy is doing all she can to be spared from this super contagious disease so that she can have the energy to take care of us.

My First Day @ The Orange Tree Preschool

Mommy has decided to put me to a full-day childcare when my school term at Baby Jumper Gym ends in Sept, so she makes use of this June school holiday as a testing ground for me to attend The Orange Tree Preschool's new campus at Choa Chu Kang Rd.

I had been looking forward to attend this centre ever since I visited it during the open house, so I was very thrilled on the morning of my first day of school.

Upon reaching the school, I had a lot of fun, then things changed when more and more parents came with their children. On seeing that most of the kids had their mommies or/and daddies fussing around them, I also wanted to cling on to Mommy and refused to let her go when it was time for Mommy to leave.

Mommy had to slip away quickly, when I was distracted. She is crossing her fingers, hoping that I would resume back to my usual, independent-self, when the centre starts to chasing away those over-protective parents who hover around their kids during lesson hours, by the second week of school.
