Shsss... don't tell anyone about this

This afternoon, I went swimming with Mommy. Just barely 15mins in the pool, I felt my tummy churned and then moments later, without much of my control, shit was pushing through my ass!

Mommy noticed the funny expression that I was having (pursed up lips and looked cross-eye), she pull the edge of my swimsuit to check and my shit escaped and found its way into the water. Mommy shrieked! She jumped out of the pool immediately, threw the towel on me and made a dash for home.

Upon reaching home, I had finish 'doing my business'. When Maricel and Mommy pulled down my swimsuit, my shit was moulded into a ball and got stuck firmly to my swimsuit. Maricel & Mommy were clearly disgusted by the sight!

I am sorry that you have to put up with my shit, quite literally (look at my apologetic face). But I just can't help it, coz I am still a baby. And I am quite sure you will understand right!

And don't tell others that I shit in the pool ok. So paiseh.

Fishing in Daddy's pond

The day Daddy & Mommy feared had finally arrived. I can now hold myself up, stable enough, to reach down into the fish pond to catch the fishes.

And soon I would be having sashimi!!

Peek-a-boo

Mommy's silly game of peek-a-boo using her tiger-print silk scarf. I think she is enjoying it more than I do.

I am Big Foot

I had grown out ALL 3 pairs of my shoes within months. A pink one from OshKosh, a purple one from FOX BABY and a white with red strip track shoes Mommy bought while she was out-stationed.

For a moment, I was left with my only trusted Rider sandals. So Mommy had to buy new shoes for me. She went to NIKE and Addidas at Velocity, but she can't find my size. The baby shoes were mostly in size 1, 2 or 3 and I need to wear a size 4!

Finally, Mommy managed to find me a pair of shoes, but they are walking shoes for toddlers and not crib shoes. Apparently, I had grown out of most sizes of crib shoes.

Woo Hoo! I have a pair of walking shoes even though I still can't walk.

Watch out for my 无影脚!!

Hair & Ball, but not hairball

After what seems like forever, my hair has finally grew longer. But I don't understand the thing, why do adults like to tie/clip up their babies hair when they grown longer? Must like that then cute meh?!

Do I like more like a baby girl now?
You better say "Yes" coz I have teeth and I will bite!

Mommy bought me a ball today, a real BIG one. I am still learning to play with it.

My Photo Scrapbook

It's been ages since my photo shoot at Uncle Kianteck's studio. Mommy had finally found the time to put all the pictures together as a photo scrapbook for me.

But I don't understand why "sweet pea"? Am I sweet pea? I thought pea is something green and round and taste yucky?! Hmm....

Another one of those shop & eat Saturday

"Hmm... where are we going so early on a Saturday morning? Shopping??"

"It's still too early for me to fully open my eyes!"

"Daddy, where are we heading?"
"Sending Mommy to work? But it's a Saturday! Poor Mommy, she has a workshop to host today."

"Bye Mommy! Work hard! Hehehehe..."

Later that evening, Daddy and I went to pick Mommy up from work and we headed to Liang Seah Street for some authentic HK dinner at Tong Shui Cafe, which actually serve more than just dessert unlike its name suggest. (tong shui = dessert in Cantonese)

"Erm... what shall I eat?... Let me try their dessert, Egg Pudding."

"Not bad... not too sweet and it's quite silky smooth just like my skin!"

They were showing some HK comedy, starring Stephen Chow, Wu Junru and Leslie Cheung, in the cafe, Daddy had a great time watching it; he almost can't bear to leave the cafe after we finished our dinner.

After dinner, we went shopping at Bugis Junction. Daddy decided to buy a stroller because I am getting heavier and the baby pram that we are having is too bulky & heavy for the car-boot. Daddy & Mommy picked the Combi QuicKids which is super light, weighing only 3.9kg. But it was out of stock, so the sale staff promised to deliver it to our house next week, for FREE!

I have a new stroller! Yeah, love shopping!

Tattoo

See my face even as a tattoo look so cute!

Hmm.... I wonder if Daddy would consider tattooing my portrait on his body?

So totally cool right!!

The Dimple

Mommy recall me having ONE dimple on just the right side of my cheeks when I was a new-born. But the dimple disappears from time to time as I grow older or bigger.

Last night, Mommy asked me for a smile when she was snapping my picture and there it was, the mysterious dimple reappeared. Mommy was puzzled.

I swear I didn't fake the dimple ok!

Taking photo in a studio

Daddy thinks that I should get a passport so that he can bring me along when we need to travel. But taking pictures of me appropriate for the passport proved to be too challenging even for my "bery professional" Mommy.

Luckily Daddy has a good friend who is one experienced photographer and he owned a studio at Seah Street. Last week, we went to the photo studio and within a few minutes, everything was settled. Here are some of that day's pictures taken by Mommy.

*********

When I arrived at the studio, Uncle Photographer was worried that I might be afraid of camera, so he gave me a cookie monster to loosen me up.

I brought the cookie monster along to the set only to realise later that cookie monster is camera-shy! Or so said Mommy.

See, I very 'pro' right! I posed like a super-model! Showing off my piggy legs!

"CHEESE!!!"

Now time to change prop.
Woah! Bike! I love it!
Uncle Photographer and Daddy were worried that I might fall, but their worries were totally unfounded; coz I am a 'pro'!

See, there was a heap of toys behind me, all used to trick babies like me into taking a good picture. But I don't need them; I AM A PRO!

Finally, my passport photo is done. Everybody was satisfied with my performance! hehehe....

New stuff to play with

Ok, I have got a new maid, but she is not actually the new stuff I was referring to.

Mommy bought me something which, in her own words, is versatile, multi-functional, stimulating, convertible and mobile toy cum baby walker for a very affordable price of $49.90.

She hopes that this fascinating new toy can entertain me for hours so that our new maid get to have more time to do housework instead of getting stuck with me.

Hmm... this stuff truly has lots of gadget and there is even a board for drawing at the back. Oh, it can be converted into a table! Cool!

10 mins after exploring it, I tore off the mirror of the toy walker.

After 15 mins, I think I am not that into toy walker, but I will just keep this mirror as a souvenir. Thanks Mommy, good try, but better luck next time.

'Yum Cha' in my PJ

It was a public holiday the day after, so Daddy was playing mahjong for the entire night. He won't be sleeping, so I get to invade his side of the bed. I rolled around and finally slept in a weird, but comfortable posture.

When I woke up, Daddy was finishing the game. He won some money and was bringing all of us for breakfast in a Hong Kong-style cafe. As they were all quite hungry, I left without changing. But my pajamas is CUTE one lor.

"Waiter, I want to ORDER!"

"Why wouldn't anyone serve me? Oh... it's self-service one."

"I want.. I want.. I want the ice-cream on Mommy's Ice Milk Tea!!"

"Hur! I don't want congee! I want ICE-CREAMMMM!!!"

"O-ishi neh! The congee is quite nice wor!"

Finally these are the 2 out of 3 of Daddy's mahjong kakis. And I simply adores them, because they contibuted to Daddy's winning. LOL!!

"Reading" A Book

They say like father, like daughter. It couldn't be more true. Daddy reads book, Laetitia also 'read' book. But the only problem is, I still don't know how to read yet, but at the very least, I am trying.

:P
